Should you decide to cancel your order, please contact the selling organization, school or group within three business days of your purchase and the selling organization will refund your money.
Depending upon the frequency, some magazines may take 12-16 weeks from the time the publisher receives the order for the first issue to arrive. Allow a minimum of 3-6 weeks for other products. Please do not contact the school or group for customer service assistance, as they do not maintain any records. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Change of address?Send your current mailing label and new address directly to the publisher.
Duplicate copies? Send both mailing labels to the publisher with a note to combine and extend the subscription.
The publishers address is usually found on the table of contents page in the magazine.

Bar-code scanning quality control equipment double checks the accuracy of every order placed in the carton.
